Dutch Chef Jasper Somers studied classic French cooking at Hague's Academy of Culinary Arts and has worked in an array of the Netherland’s finest restaurants.
He also has studied modern Mediterranean, Asian fusion and a host of other international cooking techniques. Jasper spent a year traveling the world then decided to combine his love of travel and cooking by joining the yachting industry. On yachts, he has perfected his style: healthy, light Mediterranean-inspired fare. Jasper enjoys surfing and photography.
